A Noble & Complex Wine With a Wonderful Finish...
While dinning out over the past weekend in Chicago I was presented with somewhat of a challenge in ordering wines for our dinner{s}. Though there were but four in our party, the entrees ranged from beef tenderloin with a reduced Port Sauce, to Medallions of Venison with a berry sauce, Frog's Legs with garlic butter for another and beef with a rich cheese sauce to finish out our table. I decided to venture with your 2004 Vouvray Demi-sec and, though our respective meals were outstanding, we four found ourselves discussing the delights of your accomplishments in this wine at significant length. Lovely! Well done. Bravo! I will certainly add this to my cellar immediately.
